What to write to us about
- Corrections and disputed figures. Include the article URL and the specific claim. If you can point to the source that contradicts us, better still. Confirmed corrections are applied to the page and the Last Updated date is moved.
- Technical questions on a guide. We cannot provide site-specific engineering advice or size equipment for your home, but we are glad to clarify how a calculation in an article works.
- Press and research enquiries. Requests to cite our work, or questions about our methodology and sourcing.
- Advertising and partnerships. Handled entirely separately from editorial. Commercial contact does not influence coverage — see the funding section of our About page.
